SMS Terms

Program. Tact Net Productions LLC ("Tact Net") sends one-to-one text messages to clients and to people who ask us to contact them. Texts cover your inquiry, scheduling calls, project updates, follow-ups, and reminders. A person at Tact Net approves every text before it's sent.

How you opt in. By checking the texting box on our contact form, or by telling us in writing or on a call that we can text you. Texting is optional and not a condition of working with us.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your inquiry or project.

Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then stop. You can also email [email protected]. To start again, reply START.

Help. Reply HELP, or email [email protected].

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We don't share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
